Youth Advisors are a new voluntary concept aimed at developing netball for young people by gathering as many opinions as possible from young people themselves.

To be a Youth Advisor you must be aged 9-25 years old and be able to spare an hour every month or so to complete tasks. A Youth Advisor will be called upon on average every 6 weeks via email to evaluate and review proposals, ideas, and existing England Netball Programmes.

The Youth Advisors will work closely with the Youth Advisory Group to facilitate the growth of Youth Netball. This might involve gathering opinions from other young people via questionnaires provided, testing a new website game, coaching ideas, rules, suggesting ways to improve safeguarding of young people and much more.

We need your experience and knowledge to make the voice of young people as loud as possible!
